Where does GlassesSupply ship to?

We’re very proud to ship our affordable eyewear worldwide while offering our customers the same low shipping rates we get as a business! “Eyewear for Everyone” truly is our goal.
Due to the ongoing impact of current world events, there may be temporary shipping restrictions that limit our available services. At this time we are unable to ship to:
Mexico
Russia
Ukraine

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Fast Frame Glasses: Need glasses in a hurry? Get single-vision prescription glasses delivered to your doorstep in just 2-3 business days. Most orders placed before 12PM PT/3PM ET on a business day will be shipped the same day. 

We typically offer Express Shipping to the following locations (must be a physical address, cannot be a PO Box): ​​​At this time, Express Shipping is not available outside of the US.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes. With our new Fast Frame Glasses service - we offer single-vision and non-prescription glasses delivered to your doorstep in just 2-3 business days. Most orders placed before 12PM PT/3PM ET on a business day will be shipped the same day.

I just placed several orders. Can I combine shipping?

Sorry! In order to process orders in a timely manner, we are unable to combine shipping.

I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?

Sure! Just make sure the shipping address selected is where you want the glasses to be delivered.

What do I do if my package was damaged during shipping?

Immediately contact our Customer Service department. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.

I sent my glasses back. What is next?

If you sent them back for inspection, we will inspect them and email you the inspection results. If you sent them back for refund or store credit, we will email you when we have processed the refund or the credit.

Can I put my refund on a different card than I used on the order?

As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order. If you don’t have access to the credit card on the order, then the amount of the refund will be issued as a store credit only to the customer account used to place the order.
